Each year, we host a 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk for all ages through the streets of downtown Biloxi that starts in front of the Biloxi City Hall around 9:00 AM with pre-registration at 8:00 AM. This is a great run/walk for everyone to enjoy, either as a participant or spectator. After the run/walk, awards are given in the different categories for children and adults.
For those of you watching the event, it would be great if you dressed in an Irish costume and hat as many of the runners/walkers do. You can pre-register through the Gulf Coast Running Club by clicking on their website at www.gulfcoastrunningclub.org, which will be posted closer to the event.
Thanks to our good friends at the GULF COAST RUNNING CLUB for organizing this annual run. (They have so much fun, we think that they all have a little Irish in them!) For more information, and to apply for the 5K Run / 1 Milke Walk - visit their website

"Those we love don't go away; They walk beside us every day, Unseen, unheard by always near, Still loved, still missed, and very dear. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, Love leaves a memory no one can steal."
